For the last 12+ years, I’ve built and scaled organizations across sectors from brick-and-mortar shops to tech startups and, most recently, an intergenerational single-family office for a global conglomerate. My role has always been the same: take complexity and transform it into clarity, structure, and growth.
In my capacities, I’ve helped design and implement the operational, strategic, and governance frameworks aligning values with investments, optimizing workflows, and stewarding relationships. I’ve advised founders, nonprofits, and executives on strategy, brand positioning, and operational efficiency through OMNST, established in 2016.
I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, with a track record of bridging legacy expertise and next-generation vision. My strength lies in translating purpose into performance. Whether that means scaling a startup toward IPO readiness or helping families institutionalize their wealth with lean, global, values-driven structures, at my core ’m a builder who thrives in helping mission-aligned leaders reach their next level.

I founded OMNST (Ahm-NEST) in 2016 as an homage to my roots and to the building blocks that shaped my view of business and advisory. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was immersed early on in the realities of building, adapting, and being of service; lessons that became the foundation for OMNST’s philosophy.
My approach is grounded in listening deeply, diagnosing precisely, and designing frameworks that allow organizations to scale with less friction and more intention. I believe clarity and structure create freedom, not rigidity.
This breadth of experience allows me to bridge the rigor of institutional systems with the empathy and adaptability required by modern founders and families.
My clients often describe me as a translator between worlds. Someone who can speak the language of both legacy advisors and next-generation visionaries.
To me, every system and relationship is elemental interconnected like nature itself. The practice’s earthy palette reflects this belief: that structure, trust, and human connection are inseparable.
